Late in the afternoon, we went to a demonstration of
Santeria. I’ve seen La Sarabanda three times and each time
they improve. How amazing. African rhythms and dancing.
The end of the presentation was a cleansing ritual - we had
our demons cast out. Lots of dancing and fun with my
Santiago friends. Dinner was at El Balcon de Tivoli, one of
my favorite spots in Santiago. The group has been getting
up early and have little appetite for going out late.
